The Georgia State Election Board serves the citizens of Georgia by fostering public confidence in the electoral process through the fair, impartial, and consistent enforcement of Georgia election law. Within its statutory authority, the Board reviews complaints alleging violations of election laws and State Election Board rules, conducts hearings, and takes administrative action when appropriate. Through transparency, accountability, and collaboration with county election officials and other governmental partners, the Board is committed to promoting integrity, consistency, and public trust in Georgia’s elections.
