At its July 8, 2026, meeting, the Georgia State Election Board voted to adopt the following rule amendments presented by Board Member Salleigh Grubbs:
- Rule 183-1-15-.02 – Definition of Vote
- Rule 183-1-12-.12 – Tabulating Results
Following the public notice and comment period required under the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act, these rules have now been formally adopted and are part of the Georgia State Election Board’s ongoing efforts to provide clear guidance and promote the consistent administration of elections throughout the state.
